We do not accept liability for:

  • Installation errors
  • Any legal consequences related to the use of our lighting on public roads

Installations should always be performed by a qualified professional.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to courier issues.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they are in the courier’s possession.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for non-custom items. To be eligible:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
